Because each product is made to order, please note that all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Your understanding helps us continue creating meaningful, faith-based products for our community.

Damaged or Defective Items

We know mistakes can happen. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ronna.creations@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost.

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong size, color, or design, please reach out within 7 days so we can make it right.

Color & Sizing Notice

Because our shirts and products are printed individually, small variations in color or placement may occur. Please check the size chart before ordering, as we cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues.
